DMITRY SADYKOV-KADYROV
Chairman of the Board of Shareholders of the UNICAP Fund, Co-founder & CEO of VODPROM
Born in 1970 in Tashkent to a family of Soviet scientific and economic figures, Dmitry Sadykov-Kadyrov has successfully implemented a series of innovative projects. Notably, he led a joint industrial venture with the American multinational corporation Culligan, in partnership with Centerbridge Partners (USA)—a diversified investment company with over $25 billion in assets and ownership of more than 20 corporations, headed by Mark Gallogly (economic advisor to the U.S. President and former senior managing director at Blackstone Group). Dmitry is an investor and entrepreneur with extensive experience in managing infrastructure projects.
Within VODPROM, Dmitry oversees offline operations and liaises with government partners, ensuring effective collaboration and the implementation of strategic initiatives.
ALEXEY SMOLENTSEV
Chief Operating Officer of the UNICAP Fund, Co-founder & COO of VODPROM
A graduate of the Institute of Business and Management Technologies, Alexey Smolentsev has been active in international cooperation and investments since 2015. In 2020, he co-founded VODPROM, a project aimed at the digital transformation of the water sector.
At VODPROM, Alexey is responsible for online operations, including developing the concept for digital transformation of the water sector, conducting ICOs, creating the platform, and issuing tokens. His experience in managing infrastructure projects and international business contributes to the successful execution of the company’s strategic initiatives.
MANAGEMENT COMPANY
Since 2003, the UNICAP Investment Fund has been implementing large-scale, high-tech infrastructure projects, primarily utilizing public-private partnership (PPP) mechanisms.
The company’s main focus is on contributing to the development of socially significant economic sectors, particularly projects in water treatment, water supply, and wastewater treatment, promoting the adoption of modern, eco-friendly, water- and energy-saving technologies.
